Welcome to Vape Wadi. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. Scope of Service

Vape Wadi operates exclusively within the city of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We specialize in rapid fulfillment, offering Same-Day Delivery or Maximum Next-Day Delivery to major districts including Al Olaya, Al Malqa, Hittin, and the Diplomatic Quarter.

2. Order Verification & Delivery

  • Verification: Customers must provide a valid Saudi mobile number and a precise location (via WhatsApp or GPS) to ensure timely delivery.

  • Delivery Window: While we strive for same-day delivery, external factors (traffic, weather, or peak seasons) may result in next-day delivery.

  • Recipient Responsibility: A person aged 18+ (or 21+, depending on local regulations) must be present to receive and sign for the order.

3. The "Instant Check" & Return Policy

Our service model is built on an Instant Verification System:

  • Inspection at Doorstep: Customers are required to inspect the exterior of the parcel upon delivery.

  • Immediate Rejection: If the item is incorrect or damaged, it must be returned instantly to the courier.

  • The Sealed-Item Rule: To maintain hygiene and safety standards, any item that has been opened, unsealed, or had its plastic wrap removed cannot be returned or refunded. Once the seal is broken, the sale is considered final.

4. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices are listed in Saudi Riyals (SAR).

  • We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): If you choose COD, the exact amount must be ready upon the courier's arrival. Repeated "no-show" deliveries may result in a ban from future services.

5. Product Nature & Hazards

  • Hazardous Materials: Our products may contain flammable liquids or compressed gases. By purchasing, you acknowledge the nature of these goods and agree to store them safely away from heat and children.

  • Health Warning: Users are responsible for understanding the health implications of the products sold. Vape Wadi is not liable for any health-related issues arising from product use.

6. Limitation of Liability

Vape Wadi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or delays in our delivery service. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the specific item in question.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be handled by the competent courts in Riyadh.
