Thank you for shopping with us. To ensure the best experience for our customers in Riyadh, we offer a specialized "Instant Check" delivery and return process.

1. Delivery Timeline

We pride ourselves on speed. We offer Same-Day Delivery or a Maximum of Next-Day Delivery for all orders within Riyadh.

2. Instant Return Policy (At Time of Delivery)

To provide the most efficient service, we operate an Instant Return policy:

  • Inspection: Upon receiving your parcel, please inspect the exterior and confirm the item with the courier present.

  • Eligibility: If you are not satisfied with the item or it appears damaged, you may return it instantly to the courier at no extra cost.

  • The "No-Open" Rule: For a return to be accepted at the doorstep, the internal product packaging must remain unopened and sealed. Once the product packaging is opened, the item is no longer eligible for return due to health and safety standards.

3. Returns After Delivery

Once the courier has left and the delivery is signed for, we generally do not accept further returns unless the item is found to be defective. To be eligible for a post-delivery claim:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Opened or used products.

  • Sale items or gift cards.

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

6. Instant & Zero-Wait Refunds

We believe you should only pay for what you love. That’s why we’ve eliminated the 10-day waiting period common at other shops.

  • Refunds On-The-Spot: If you aren't satisfied during delivery, simply hand the item back to the courier. If you paid digitally, we trigger the refund immediately. If it's Cash on Delivery, you simply don't pay.

  • No Approval Required: For returns made at the door, there is no "review process" or "manager approval" needed. Your decision at the doorstep is final.

  • Post-Delivery Returns: For approved returns after the courier has left, we still aim for speed, processing your original payment method far faster than the industry standard.
