Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Vape Wadi, we provide a premium, hyper-local delivery experience exclusive to Riyadh. Our logistics are optimized for speed and reliability.

1. Delivery Schedule & Timelines

We deliver 7 days a week, from Saturday to Friday.

  • Same-Day Delivery: Orders placed before 6: 00 PM will be delivered the same evening.

  • Next-Day Delivery: Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be delivered the following day.

2. Tiered Shipping Rates

We offer competitive shipping fees based on your order value:

  • Orders below 100 SAR: Shipping fee is 20 SAR.

  • Orders between 101 SAR – 300 SAR: Shipping fee is reduced to 15 SAR.

  • Orders Above 301 SAR or Above : 10 Riyals across Riyadh.

3. The "Instant Check" Requirement

To ensure your complete satisfaction, we require a "Check-at-the-Door" process:

  • Mandatory Inspection: Please inspect your parcel while the courier is present.

  • Instant Return: If the item is incorrect, you may return it immediately to the courier.

  • The Sealed-Item Rule: For health and safety reasons, returns are only accepted if the product packaging remains unopened and sealed. Once the seal is broken, the item cannot be returned.

Payment Options

We offer a variety of secure and convenient payment methods to suit your needs:

1. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Pay in cash directly to our courier upon receiving your order. Please ensure you have the exact change ready to facilitate a fast delivery process.

2. Digital & Wallet Payments

  • STC Pay: Fast and secure mobile payments. Please transfer to our registered merchant number at the time of checkout or delivery.

  • PayPal: Secure online processing for credit/debit card users.

3. Professional Bank Transfer

For customers who prefer direct banking, please use the following details. To ensure faster processing, kindly send a screenshot of the transfer receipt to vapewadi@gmail.com or our WhatsApp support line.

Important Note

In compliance with local regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, all customers must be 18 years of age or older. Our delivery team may request to see a valid National ID or Iqama to verify the recipient’s age before handing over the order.
